Summary: Standard data collection, added Eosense water CO2 probe. Some ants in the box.
| East Pond 2018-09-18 I arrived at 12:35 with Daphne and Kuno. It was clear, sunny and warm. This wetland looks very green with young cattails filling in most of the open areas. The water level was high at 85cm. We did not check the inlet or drain. The levees had been mowed since I was here last. The 7500 read: 400ppm CO2, 630mmol/m3 H2O, 24.6C, 101.7kPA, 96SS The 7700 read: 1.94ppm CH4, 34RSSI – 73after cleaning. The wash reservoir was full. We added an Eosense CO2 probe sn GP20150109 (8%). It was wired to mux channels 11 and 12. The program already had instructions for it so didn’t need changing. The probe read 200mV for CO2 and 2000mV for Temp. There were some ants in the data logger box. We added moth balls. The wire port could use more putty as well. We left at 12:50 |
