Summary: Swapped 7500, collected miniDat and Hobo, forgot to get the Picam images.
| East Pond 2018-10-04 I arrived at 12:00 with Dennis and Kuno. It was warm with patchy high thin clouds and a light breeze. This wetland is still very green and the water level is high at 92cm. Recent light rain left the gas analyzers (especially the 7500) dirty. We swapped the 7500, sn 0418 came down and sn 0035 went up. I sent the pressure coefficients and restarted the box. Dennis and Kuno lowered the eddy post and returned it to its position. sn 0418 read: 351.2ppm CO2, 726.9mmol/m3 H2O, 21.4C, 101.8kPa, 94.5SS – probably dirty from rain sn 0035 read: 413.0ppm CO2, 732.5mmol/m3 H2O The 7700 read: 1.85ppm CH4, 20-60RSSI (spider webs) – 1.97ppm CH4, 72.9RSSI after cleaning. The wash reservoir was refilled. I collected the miniDOT and Hobo data. At first I though these sensors were lost because the tail end of their leash was dangling in the water. I forgot to download the Picam images while we were at the site. I was able to connect to the picam from West Pond but the connection was very slow and the zip archive was more than 1GB. I’d plan to go back to get the images but got distracted and forgot. We should get them next week and delete them from the Pi. We left at 12:40 |
