Summary: Fixed 7700 spray - bird poop on lower mirror, needs new RH/T fan, removed EXO cable and interface, bubbles popping

Kyle and I arrived at about 10:40 PDT. It was clear, sunny and warm with a light breeze. It didn't feel as hot here as at Rush Ranch just before. The tide was low at about 4ft at 9:40 PST. Just enough water at the channel to get a salinity reading. Kyle was enthralled with the audible bubbling popping coming from the mud. I think the bubbles had an animal origin but maybe just gas escaping.

Kyle collected the miniDot data but I forgot the fresh desiccant pack. I collected the met, camera, and flux data from the tower. The 7700 RSSI was zero due to bird poop on the bottom mirror. I tested the spray and spin and there didn't seem to be much water getting through the spray head. I detached the spray head and reversed flowed air from the compressed air can. Water was definitely expelled from the spray head and afterwards it was better. We tested the spray and spin again and it seemed to be working but the dry bird poop took some manual scrubbing to get off.
The 7500 read: 419.1ppm CO2, 674.5mmol/m3 H2O, 24.6C, 101.3kPa, 98.0SS - 101.7 after cleaning
The 7700 read: -3.0ppm CH3, 0.06RSSI - 2.01ppm CH4, 84.0RSSI after cleaning

I don't think the RH/T fan was working but didn't have capacity to replace it - mostly windy here anyway.

The rotating shadow band was still going. Need to look at the data to make sure it's not going too fast.

The pore was sipper had fallen to the mud below partly because I removed the broken valve last time that was keeping it from slipping through the cable tie. Kyle put on waders to retrieve the tubing and put on a new valve before doing salinity samples.

Porewater, 7.1mS, 25.2C
Surface, 6.3mS, 25C, at the channel

On the way out I removed the EXO interface box and cable for use in the lab.

We left at about 11:20 PDT
