Summary: Standard fieldwork, brought in BF3 for testing
| Vaira 2025-06-19 Charlie and I arrived at about 16:10 PDT. It was dry and sunny with a nice breeze to keep it from being too hot. The grass is dry and crispy. I was going to do end of season clip plots but we were running late - next time maybe. The water hole still has water. Charlie did the well reading. I collected the Flux, met and Phenocam data. No FD chambers here right now. The 7500 read: 430.2ppm CO2, 367.1mmol/m3 H2O, 41.2C, 98.9kPa, 101.2SS The BF3 sn 26/8 has been intermittent the last few weeks. The immediate numbers didn't look bad but the time series looked bad. I decide to remove is and test it in the lab. The cable was tangled in the rat's nest of extra cable at the base of the tower all grown into the grass. We left at about 16:40 PDT |
