Summary: Standard fieldwork, no evidence of impending tractor work.
| Bouldin Corn 2018-04-19 I arrived at 13:45 with Daphne and Sam. It was partly cloudy with a gusty, cool breeze from the northwest. The surrounding fields are drained but still damp and there is no evidence of tractor work yet (they were plowing rice fields on Twitchell). There is a thick patch of short grass under the tower. I tried to pull some of the more noxious weeds coming up near the power post and between the tower and the road. Sam cleaned the sensors and Daphne collected the data. The 7500 read: 404ppm CO2, 350mmol/m3 H2O, 18.3C, 101.2kPa, 100SS – 102 after cleaning The 7700 read: 1.97ppm CH4, 43RSSI – 81 after cleaning The wash reservoir was 3/4 full – refilled. The AIU was renamed from AIU-0614 to BC-0614 Left at 14:00 |
