Summary: Water samples, serviced water sensors - top miniDOT DO brought in due to bad memory card.
| Mayberry 2018-04-19 I arrived at 9:40 with Sam and Daphne. It was clear, sunny and cool with a good breeze from the west. The water is clear but amber colored. This wetland is beginning to look green - maybe 50/50 green/brown. The weeds on the berms are really tall. Isabel’s water samples were taken at 9:45PDT. Sam cleaned the sensors and Daphne collected the data. The 7500 read: 401ppm CO2, 402mmol/m3 H2O, 16.8C, 101.6kPa, 92SS – 98 after cleaning The 7700 read: 2.0ppm CH4, 36RSSI – 71 after cleaning The was reservoir was half full – refilled We serviced the water sensors. The top miniDOT sn 1221 had a problem with its SD card. We copied the files off the card but some files were zero length. We could not delete the files from the card or format the card. We brought the sensor in since it will not be able to collect data. It also needs a new copper mesh. The fluorometer sensor windows looked clean and Sam said the recent data looked okay. We left at 10:30 |
