Summary: Mild fall day, mux programming error and missing some radiation data from last 2 weeks--fixed

Koong and I arrived at 11:15 PST. It was mild and breezy with a warm sun. The staff gauge read 53cm.

Koong cleaned flux and rad sensors and topped off the wash reservoir. He also measured the surface water conductivity.

I downloaded met, cam, and USB GHG data. There was an error when ejecting the 7550 USB (slow LED blink), but all seems ok after resetting the 7550. I changed the eddy clock -2min from 11:36:45 to 11:34:45 to match the laptop time and restarted logging.

The mux data was messed up because there was a programming error. I wanted to skip 5 channels but I only skipped 2 channels (I changed I=2 to I=5 but forgot to change the SubScanCount parameter). I removed the SubScan and changed it to 5 separate PulsePort insturctions. Some of the data were saved, just not in the right columns. No SWout, LWout, PARin, or SHFP1 data for the last two weeks. I sent the updated program to the datalogger and confirmed that the mux numbers looked reasonable.

The 7500 read: 411ppm CO2, 499mmol/m3 H2O, 26.3C, 100.8kPa, 98SS - 99 after cleaning
The 7700 read: 2.04ppm CH4, 50RSSI - 76 after cleaning
