Carlos and I arrived at 15:45 PDT. The road leading up to the field was drier than I expected—only a little mud remains on that sharp right turn just past the ditch. It was mostly clear but there were many cumulus, rain clouds, and virga on the horizons to the W and NW. It was windy and cold.

The alfalfa field is looking greener than last time but still very weedy. I pulled one mustard plant between our tower and solar panel. Some of the alfalfa leaves have little holes in them. Maybe from insects or from herbicides? I need to call Ben about their plans for this alfalfa field.

Carlos took spectra measurements and cleaned flux and rad sensors. I downloaded met, cam USB GHG, FD, and IRT data. The FD software did not find the eosFD serial number upon connecting. That's happened a few times in the past and it seems to be ok, but this time the FD data also looked bad. This chamber might be done soon. I'll check again next time and bring a spare if we have one.

The Licor ET sensor looks clean. I meant to bring bird spikes to install but forgot. Next time.

The 7500 read: 420ppm CO2, 226mmol/m3 H2O, 16.2C, 101.8kPa, 105SS—106 after cleaning.

We left at 16:10 PDT and drove the back way to return to Bouldin Corn. I needed to send the Corteva IRT program to the CR1000X.
