Summary: Normal data collection, not many camera pictures, ground squirrel hole next to soil sensors.
| Arrived 11:05. Warm, breezy, sunny, clear sky. Alfalfa is growing but not yet flowering. Collected USB GHG data; collected met data; collected rad data from CR10X; collected camera card: swapped CF card “SI†in and “TA†out; collected soil CO2: two TCs not working, STC12 and STC14=NAN; collected canon camera data: not many camera pictures from SD card, stopped on July 8 at 14:45 but camera was running. Did soil respiration measurements, clip plots, and veg height. Veg height: 20, 23, 24, 22, 17, 20, 22, 14, 30, 20, 17, 22, 19, 19, 20, 14, 22, 24, 22, 24. Did not do spectral, spectrometer is waiting on a replacement SMA connecter. There was a large squirrel hole next to soil sensors; filled it in but will only slow them down temporarily. Cleaned solar panels. LI7500 readings CO2 382.8 H2O 698.3 T 25.22 P101.50 ss 98.2 -> 102.7 after cleaning left: 11:35. |
