Author: Joe Verfaillie
Others: Patty

Summary: Standard field work, removed miniDOT DO profile.

West Pond
2014-10-09

I arrived about 12:15 with Patty. It was clear, sunny and warm. The vegetation still looks pretty green. The water inlets were running and the water level was normal with the top of the CO2 sensor visible.

The 7500 read: 402ppm CO2, 575mmol/m3 H2O, 90.9SS, 26.6C, 100.9kPa
The 7700 read: 1.9 to 2.2ppm CH4, 35RSSI – 74 after cleaning, concentration still variable.
The wash reservoir was about 1/3 low – filled.

We removed the miniDOT DO sensor profile (sn 1219, sn 1220, sn 1221) and will install it at Mayberry instead.

I retrieved the big clippers from the solar panels where I left them a couple weeks ago.

Patty took water samples.
