Kyle and I arrived around 10:30. Kuno was at Sherman Barn, servicing the Picarro. It was foggy and mild. It has been raining in the past few days and a large storm is expected later that night. The wetland was around 90% brown. Water level was 32 cm.

The power junction box was upside down and almost full of water, but luckily the water hadnâ€™t yet drowned the screw terminals where the power wires were connected. We need a new serial connector for the sonic, as the current one is corroded. We didnâ€™t have small-enough screws to mount the box back to the scaffolding, so for now, I zip-tied the box to the scaffolding.

Kyle collected water samples for Isabel at 10:30. He also cleaned the flux and rad sensors. He cleaned the fluorometer and refilled the wash reservoir (it was Â½ empty). We need an eyebolt or similar for securing the folding boom for Rnet water sensor.

I collected met, camera, USB GHG, and miniDOT data. The bottom miniDOT (sn 1220)did not have any data, and we replaced the batteries. We also added a desiccant pack for the upper miniDOT, which had been dropped last visit. The air pressure data, which was NAN for a few days before the last data collection, seemed fine this time. I left a mothball in the met box.

Kyle got in the water to get air out of the fluorometer. He also retrieved my sunglasses that I had dropped in the water.
