Twitchell Rice: 2016-09-13 10:50:00 (DOY 257)
Author: Elke Eichelmann
Others: Kyle Hemes, Dennis Baldocchi, Isabella Reche

Summary: Field drained. Leveled PAR sensors and radiometer, normal data collection.

Arrive: 10:50. Sunny, clear, light breeze, lots of bird activity around rice field. Very weedy, only a few patches of dedicated rice. No standing water on field.

Filled methane wash water reservoir, was mostly full; collected USB GHG data; collected met data from 23X; Did not collect camera pictures.

PAR sensor is level, re-leveled the radiometer. Shortwave pyrometer hard to measure levelness but seems reasonably level. Unclogged rain gauge (was being used as a bird toilet).
