Summary: Regular field work. Data download. Pest control. Still no water in wells.

We arrived around 09:15 PDT. It was sunny, breezy, and cool. We stopped at the site that Kuno and Kaido took soil respiration measurements to look for a thermometer they left but couldn’t find it. I downloaded data and did well depth while Sara did veg height, moisture point. No spectral today because the connector piece fell out. I sprayed a few wasp nests at the site and killed a black widow in the box.

LGR readings: 1.88 ppm, 09:33, 22.2 C, 133 Torr (adjusted to 146.9 Torr), 14.70 us, 10 Hz

7500 readings:
CO2: 15.8 mmol m-3 (16.1 after cleaning)
H2O: 715 mmol m-3 (same after cleaning)
P = 101.1 kPa
T = 23.7 C
Diag: 248 (same after cleaning)
Sos: 344.8 m s-1

Met looked good.
There was no water in the wells.
Cleaned rad.

Veg Height (cm): Tape measure from ground to top of plant - patchy green, mostly brown, grass seems fairly tall
