Twitchell Rice
2014-08-19

We arrived about 14:45 PDT. Warm, breezy, and sunny. The water level was very low, looks like they could be draining the field. The rice is seeding heavily. I checked the tower and downloaded data while Sara did clip plots and spectral. I did a veg height transect later. Iryna is going to do LAI on Thurs so Sara skipped it.

Sprayed 2 wasp nests in the wooden box.

7500 readings:
CO2 = 395 ppm (same after cleaning)
H2O = 740 mmol m-3 (same after cleaning)
signal strength = 93.9% (94.43% after cleaning)
p = 101.2 kPa
t = 25.8 C
sos: 348.7 m s-1

7700 readings:
CH4 = 2.0 ppm (same after cleaning)
RSSI = 54% (64% after cleaning)
Reservoir was full.

Met looked good.
