Summary: Still wet, trees down, Cows putting pressure on the fences, turn on the fence charger, all seemed well.

I arrived at about 11:00 PST. It was clear sunny and mild with a little variable breeze. There were many trees down around Sacramento. Here there might be a couple new trees down – one to the north of the tower site for sure. The ground is still saturated with puddles on the road. Cows were around and seem to be putting some pressure on the fences. I fixed up the electrified line and turned on the charger but hard to say how good the battery might be.

I measured the well and then collected the flux, met, camera and FD data. All seemed well.
The 7500 read: 446.0ppm CO2, 398.8mmol/m3 H2O, 19.24C, 100.9kPa, 102.2SS

The soil co2 box had slid down its post and I broke the cable tie holding it when I tried to raise it. It’s sitting on the ground for now. It only house a power junction and data connection for one of the FD chambers.

I cleaned the radiometers and did spectral measurements.

I left at about 11:50
