Koong and I arrived at 15:45 PDT. It was breezy with a cold wind and mostly overcast. Since our last site visit, the alfalfa has been mowed, baled and removed. The mowers did a pretty good job trimming around the tower and Arable post.

Koong took veg height measurements. We skipped spectral since the sun was coming in and out.

I downloaded met, cam, and USB GHG data. I downloaded the FD data and cleared its memory. I downloaded the IRT data by swapping the microSD card and using CardConvert to convert the fast data to TOB1 and the slow data to TOA5.

We removed the LI-7700 sn TG1-0155 and its power cable to install at WP to replace the faulty one there. I disconnected the 7700 ethernet connector inside the 7550 box to make extra sure no powered cables were exposed to the elements and ziptied the wash tubing and power cable to the scaffolding so they wouldn’t flap around.

We swapped the LI-7500 for calibration: sn 75H-2176 came off and sn 1594 went on the tower. I uploaded a new configuration file and updated the pressure coefficients. The eddy clock was within 30sec of the laptop time so I did not change the eddy clock. I rest the box. I wanted to remove the 7700 columns from the GHG file since we were removing the sensor, but since the sensor was disconnected in the 7550 interface I couldn’t edit the columns. Probably the columns are not being saved. This must be a new feature in one of the recent 7550 interface version.

I checked the phenocam clock and changed it +2min from 15:04 PST to 15:06 PST to match the laptop time.
