Robert, Ariane, and I arrived at 14:10. It was sunny and breezy with blue skies and thunderclouds over the Sierras. The corn plants are green and have tassels on top. We were able to drive through the red gate by the overpass. The wash reservoir was full; we topped it off. We knocked off 6 small waspsâ€™ nests under the boardwalkâ€”spraying the nest first does a pretty good job of dispersing the wasps before you go knock it down.

I downloaded met, camera, USB GHG, Purple Air, and zcam data. Robert took veg height measurements and 1-wand LAI measurements facing W because we forgot the tripod mount (probably still attached to the 6400). Ariane cleaned flux and rad sensors and swapped the 7500 for calibration: sn 0073 came down, and sn 75H-2669 went up. I uploaded a new configuration file, updated the pressure coefficients, and reset the box.

Zcam RPi2 froze when the download was almost complete, and I couldnâ€™t connect again on either the silver laptop or fluxalot. I power-cycled the camera. The download froze again when it was most complete, but I was able to start over and the download completed the third time.
When I was waiting for zcam RPi2 to download, Robert and Ariane drove to the look at a depression in the adjacent corn field to our west.
