Summary: Regular data collection, Stardot camera case open, camera still there but not working anymore

Arrived at 13:25. It was cold and hazy, the dense fog we observed earlier in the day was starting to clear up a little, but it was still hazy and overcast.

The camera case was open when we got to the site and there were shotgun shells lying around on the berm. We suspected that somebody might have tried to steal the camera, but the camera (sn 0030F4D21491) was still in the case. It was covered in bird poop though and did not seem to be working anymore. We tried connecting to it using the ethernet cable and the stardot software but were unable to connect. We removed it and brought it back to the lab for testing/repairs. I checked the solar panels, charge controller, and batteries but there were no other signs that somebody tried to steal anything.

We filled the wash water reservoir.

Collected USB GHG data, collected met data and swapped camera card. All looks good.
We swapped the sonic for one with the new software that fixes the w bug. Sonic sn 153803 coming down, sonic sn 120906 going up. We checked u, v, w and sos after the swap and all seemed reasonable and in line with the light wind we felt coming from the north-east:
u ~ -1m/s
v ~ 1.5m/s
w ~ 0.3m/s

While we were working on the sonic Brian came out to the site. He said that he just added two boards to the outflow on this site of the wetland, so the water table might slowly come up a foot or so over the next few weeks. The wetland will be fully flooded by the start of the growing season in May. At that point the area immediately around the tower should also be under water.
