Summary: Power losses still occurring, conductivity probe looked ok, normal data download, check sonic next time

We arrived at 10:46am. It was hazy and warm. The wetland is much greener than mayberry but overall mostly still brown. Again, no compass so please next time check orientation of sonic for records. Elke noticed strange conductivity readings lately so Kyle pulled up the conductivity probe from inside the well (is it supposed to be inside the well?) and there was no algae on it, looked fine. It is definitely submerged in the water. The camera lost power on 2/25 so there were only a few photos, probably due to tower losing power lately.

[Joe] I arrived at East End about 12:30. Kyle and Patty had serviced the tower earlier. It is still losing data over night. When I arrived the battery bank sn BB-EE was reading 12.1V and taking about 9A from the solar panels (overcast sky). I disconnected all the batteries and tested them individually. One of the older ones was warm to the touch and completely failed the load test. One of the batteries I added on 2015-11-20 also failed the load test. I removed these two batteries from the bank. After reconnecting the remaining batteries, the voltage was close to 12.8V. I restarted the camera and the other sensors were running. Hopefully this will keep this system running a while longer. Next time out I think we will replace all of the batteries.
