Summary: Tower power out - fixed, tram track down, Tower 7500 unpowered - plugged in.

I arrived about 9:30. It was mostly clear and cool with a variable breeze. Clouds began to come in later. The ground is wet with puddles in all the low spots. The trees have put on leaves, but do not appear green over all yet.

I came to check on the Tower 7500, but when I got there the tower had no power. The MorningStar charge controller sn 02431248 that manages the load from the batteries was on but reporting near zero volts for the batteries and turned off the load with a Low Voltage Disconnect message. The other charge controller that manages the solar panels reported that the batteries were fully charged. I bypassed the MorningStar and the tower powered up. The 7500 box on the top of the tower was not plugged into the power cable. After plugging it in, all looked well.

I decided to replace the misbehaving charge controller with the one from the Tram system. At the Tram site it looks like cows got through the fence and knocked over the eastern end of the rails. I removed the charge controller sn 0135002X and the fence charger sn 5723648.

I shut the Tower down again and swapped the charge controller. It came up just fine on the other charge controller.

I checked on z-cam one. The lens cover has been sticking closed. At first it was stuck, but I worked it back and forth a bit and it worked on its own a few time.
