We arrived at the site around 11:20 am PDT. It was sunny and hot!

Water depth at the corn was 97 cm from the top of the PVC tube and the height of the PVC tube above the surface was 27 cm.

I checked the data, everything looked okay. Carina made LAI measurements with the LAI 2000, and Dennis made clip plot measurements. We changed the way we do clip plot measurements - instead of doing 20 cm plots, we now do 50 cm plots since the corn is taller where the width of the plots is 80 cm (i.e. the average width between rows). Dennis and I then made spectral measurements.

we left around 12:15pm to meet Jaclyn and Joe at the West pond.
