Summary: Windy day, camera card issue - files corrupted and no photos recovered, no planting yet

Joe and I arrived at 12:45 PST (13:45 PDT). It was warm with a strong wind from the north. Driving along Hwy 12, we could see many dust plumes from various tractor work on the fields. At least one field looks like it was getting planted with corn.

Our field looks the same as our last visit I think, plowed, but I don’t think there’s been any work recently because the top soil surface looks all dry. Charlotte’s chambers are all out in the field. Plenty of tall grass on the levee slopes.

I downloaded met, cam, USB GHG, and PA data. Joe cleaned flux and rad sensors and improved the Mark 3 mount. He cleaned the phenocam window inside and out. I topped off the wash reservoir.

Charlotte has been in touch with the farmers. After they finish planting, we plan to move our tower closer to the corn plants (if needed), then put the soil sensors out again.

The 7500 read: 418ppm CO2, 233mmol/m3 H2O, 24.5C, 101.4kPa, 98SS –100 after cleaning
The 7700 read: 1.99ppm CH4, 50RSSI – 76 after cleaning

We left around 13:00 PST (14:00 PDT).

Back in the lab, the camera card had garbled folder/file names. I tried to repair it through Properties>Tools, which completed but then the card was empty. I think there's another tool I can use to fix the card and preserve the files. I then ran Recuva, but didn't unearth any photos since the last download. I reformatted the camera card.
