Summary: Isotpe analyzer locked up, analyzer running after resets.

Arrived about noontime. No lock on the outer most gate on the way in, old lock back on the gate on the way out. Calm, cool, sunny, hazy. Cows are now getting feed and some were south east of the tower. They ran off as I entered.

The isotope analyzer was locked up. A hard reset got it working again and I began to transfer files. The last data file was from Nov 23rd. It locked up again while I was transferring data. It locked up again after another reset but was running when I left after a third reset.

I moved the LED NDVI sn LED-02 circuit board out of the fast radiation box to its own small box mounted near the top of the tower. I moved the sensor head out to the end of the radiation boom pointing south.

I calibrated both the permanent 1-channel LGR and the trailer 3-channel LGR for CH4. The trailer LGR had its keyboard and mouse connected to opposite ports and crashed a couple of time before I figured out the problem, but seemed fine after I swapped the cables.

Cal gas pressure was about 1000psi

I copied all the data from the permanent tower and swapped cards on both CR1000s

Left for Twitchell about 2pm.

Initial data from the LED NDVI sensor look okay, but the NDVI seems high to me. The average of the NDVI values for 1.5 hours of data from 12:30 to 14:00 is 0.54. This is for the initial mounting location above the fence line. All the LED channels seems to follow the PAR values though.
