Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, no standing water under tower
2019-07-10 East Pond Camilo, Dennis, and I arrived at 12:35. It was a sunny and breezy day with clear skies (some cirrus clouds). The plants we harvested have grown back so well it’s almost hard to tell we had harvested. There were a small wasps’ nest under the upper boardwalk that Dennis knocked away. The water level was much lower than before. Under the tower, the muck did not have any standing water. The water level was 39 cm (the muck was at 48 cm; I had to step down on the muck to see where the water level was). The water sensors were definitely out of the water. The inlet pump is still off. I collected met, cam, and USB GHG data. The pi photos were quite slow to download, and if the download was interrupted because I was multitasking on the laptop, then I had to start over. I tried to SSH into the pi to sync the clock with laptop time, but the connection was denied. SSH is probably not enabled, so I'll need to physically connect to the pi to update the settings. The clock was only 2 minutes off, so I'll leave it as is for now. Camilo cleaned flux and rad sensors. The wash reservoir was 4/5 full; we refilled it. LI-7500 readings: CO2 400ppm H2O 760ppm T 26.3C P 102kPa SS 109--> 112 after cleaning LI7700 readings: CH4 1.96ppm RSSI 49--> 72 after cleaning The 7500 SS seems to be drifting higher and higher...we should reset it next time we calibrate 7500s. We left at 13:45. |
