Summary: Measured well, swapped 7500, soil co2 reading weird, went to the pond, brought in radios.

I arrived at about 9:30 with Siyan. It was cold but sunny with a light breeze from the north swinging to the west. The ground is damp but not soft. The grass has stopped growing due to freezing temperatures. We measured the well to the south of the site â€“ the water level was 58.3ft below the top of the pipe. We need to measure the pipe height.

I collected the data and swapped the 7500s â€“ sn 0418 came off and sn 75H-2176 went on.
sn 0418: 431.4ppm CO2, 293.1mmol/m3 H2O, 6.86C, 99.8kPa, 100.1SS
sn 2176: 433.6ppm CO2, 300.3mmol/m3 H2O, 7.53C, 99.8kPa, 102.8SS

The data from the soil co2 looked weird â€“ lots of negative values for the CO2 numbers. But later the instantaneous values looked okay. I cycled power on the 10x and reset its clock. Its internal battery is dead and needs replacement.

We went to the pond. The pond level was 15.70ft.

I brought in the RF400 radios for testing with the RF401 radios in the lab. The one from the met data logger box was sn 21520. I brought the antenna but left the cable. The one at the pond was sn 21519. There the cable had been broken so I brought the cable and the antenna.
