Summary: Standard fieldwork, very wet, fixed soil co2 data logging - hopefully.

I arrived at about 10am with Siyan. It was cold and sunny with some high thin clouds. The ground is wet with puddles and streams in the road. The water hole is full. Cows are around. The Sacramento River was muddy and the Cosumnes was running high flooding the nearby fields.

We measured the well. The top of the pipe is 26cm above the ground. The well level was 56.5ft.

We did the standard data collection at the site. The data from the soil co2 system has been sporadic. I think I found a loose screw terminal and a line from the multiplex that would account for the problem. Hopefully this will fix it. I also replaced the 3.3V Lithium coin cell inside of the CR10X sn 20139.

We did not go to the pond.
