Summary: Sheep in western half of field. Regular field work. Data download. Fixed TC7 in field.
| Twitchell Alfalfa 2015-03-05 We arrived at about 13:00 PST. Sunny and warm. No wind. Sheep in western half of field and more sheep to the east. One of the dogs guarding the sheep was munching on some sheep entrails… Downloaded data. Took spectral and soil respiration. Critter activity around the tower didn’t look any worse. No camera images, only 10 pictures of feet… Joe fixed TC7 in field. 7500 readings: CO2 = 404 ppm (411 after cleaning) H2O = 395 mmol m-3 (380 after cleaning) signal strength = 88.5% (90.2% after cleaning) p = 102.6 kPa t = 21 C sos = 344.8 m s-1 Soil CO2 good. Rad good. |
