Summary: Data download. PAR tule still bad, maybe bad MX channel. Need better glue for copper mesh on CO2 probes. Bottom MiniDOT probe ok.

We arrived at about 09:40 PST. It was sunny, cool, and calm. Sara did water samples and cleaned water sensors while I attended to the tower and Joe replaced the PAR tule sensor. It was reading super high after re-install, and after zeroing the channel in the multi-plexor it read the same thing. Channel might be bad. Joe will think about it and fix later. We also wanted to swap out a forerunner water CO2 probe with copper mesh on it to keep out the critters, but after pulling the profile we realized that the glue holding the copper mesh doesn’t stick well to the probe. No probes have copper mesh at present.

Downloaded all data, including MiniDOT data. Left the bottom sensor out of water for a while and it showed a substantial rise from 0 to 7 mV, increasing about the same as the higher probes. I think this sensor is fine, there’s just no oxygen close to the sediment surface.

Tule 1 TS16 is bad.

Forgot to check 7700 reservoir, but none of the others were close to empty so it should be fine.
