Summary: Predawn water potential, CO2 profile system down - needs cleaning, Swapped 7500 at Floor and Tower

When: Date: 6/11/2014 , Day: 162 , Watch Time: 5:00 am . Where: Tonzi/Vaira Ranch Who: Siyan Weather: clear, sunny Phenology: golden grasses Summary Swapped memory cards of CR1000s at three sites. Everything worked well. Checked and downloaded winflux and met data from PC at Tower, Floor, and Vaira. Swap Li-7500 at Tower and Floor. The CO2 profile system wasn’t work properly, giving -18ppm on all 4 channels. It may be due to dirt into the IRGA. N2 tank was low. Read dendrometers Measured soil moisture Measured grass height Measure groundwater well Vaira_Grass Site Fence and gate power: 12 v. Downloaded Phenocam images. Swapped the memory cards of CR1000. Checked the fans of air temp and relative humidity sensors at Vaira. YES! Downloaded met and soil CO2 profile data: Checked levels of Radiation sensors, clear up surfaces.YES! Checked rain gage, make sure not clogged. YES! Closed gate and set up fence. YES! Tonzi_Tower Site Fence and gate power: 12 v. Swapped Li-7500s. sn 0073 off, sn 0418 on. downloaded Winflux data from PC. YES! swapped the memory cards of CR1000. download Phenocam images. Yes! checked the fans of air temp. and relative humidity sensors on the tower and the floor. YES! Checked rain gage, make sure not clogged. YES! Downloaded met data from PC Checked CO2 profile: Is the pump running‌ YES! No calibration performed at the site due to IRGA didn’t work properly. 10. closed gate and set up fence. YES! Toniz_Floor Site Fence and gate power: 12 v. Swapped Li-7500s. sn 0042 off, sn 1594 on. downloaded Winflux data from PC. YES! Swapped the memory cards of CR1000. downloaded met data from PC. YES! CR23X3 – floor-Met CR23X6 – tower-Met CR10X2 – floor-Met Soil CO2 profile: CR23X5 – soil CO2 profile Closed gate and set up fence. YES!
