Summary: Standard fieldwork. Downloaded data. Swapped out LGR 40 um filter. All good.

We arrived about 11:20 PST. It was a wee chilly, about 8 °C, clear with a mild breeze. The field was moist and cow trampled, with bare ground in some places and a very short green grass layer otherwise. Our cow friends were present and we shared holiday stories. We were challenged by a guy in a dump truck on the way in, but he seemed satisfied when we said we were from Berkeley.

Joe checked the tower and downloaded the data and autocam while I did spectral, well depth, and moisture point. There remains a steady stream of ants into the wooden box, but they don’t seem to be bothering anything.

LGR readings: 10:24, 22.54 °C, 115.05 Torr (adjusted to 146.8 Torr), 13.896 us, 10 Hz, 2.99 ppm
The 40 um filter was completely blocked so Joe swapped it out for a new one.
