Summary: Data good. Retied conductivity probe to post in channel. Rotten thermocouple rod lying flat at bottom.

We arrived about 10:15 PST. It was breezy with increasing clouds. Sara took water samples while I downloaded the data and camera pics. I cleaned off lots of spider webs around the instruments, especially inside the 7700 path which had fluttering cottony material stuck in the webs.

Current 7700 readings:
CH4 = 1.93 ppm
RSSI = 2-11 variable, 77 after cleaning
Filled washer reservoir

7500 readings:
CO2: 394 ppm
H2O: 390 mmol m-3
agc: 37.5 (after cleaning)

Sara noted that the cable on one of the DO sensors was worn down to the wire, so she wrapped it up with electrical tape. The values seemed fine. While doing this job, she accidentally dropped the wire cutters into the water. Upon searching for them with her feet she found that the conductivity probe was lying on the bottom and that a thermocouple rod was lying flat. She retied the conductivity probe on the post 30 cm or so below the water surface. The thermocouple rod was left as-is since Joe will be replacing the rotten wooden sticks with plastic ones soon.
