West Pond
2012-08-16

I arrived about 12:30 with Jaclyn, Sara and Cove. It was clear, hot and sunny with a light breeze from the west. No water was flowing into the ponds, but the water level was only about 5cm low. I talked to Jim and he said he would reprime the syphon today.

Jaclyn collected water samples.

Sara serviced the DO sensors again, but they were still reading close to zero. If they are still reading near zero next time, we will pull them to test in the lab.

We collected all the data. The RSSI was reading 27 before cleaning and 87 afterwards. I did not check the wash reservoir. The CO2 was reading between 340 and 350 ppm, which I thought was kind of low. But the Corn tower was close to the same at 14 to 15 mmol/m3.
