Summary: Windy day, swapped 7500 for calibration, no wheat sprouts yet

Robert and I arrived at 11:50 PST. It was windy, cool, and sunny; today is the day after the election and a Red Flag Warning day for high winds and low humidities, although it’s not too bad here compared to some of the sites earlier today.

I don’t see any wheat sprouts on either of the plowed alfalfa fields. Plenty of alfalfa coming back up again though. The soil was firmer and we could drive onto the field with no problem, following our previous tire tracks.

We swapped the 7500 for calibration: sn 75H-2667 came off and sn 0073 went on. I uploaded the new config file, updated the pressure coefficients, reset the box, and checked that all looked ok. I downloaded met, cam, and USB GHG data. Robert cleaned flux and rad sensors.

I recorded the location of the zPAR and Delta-T soil moisture sensor. I’ll update the previous field note with this information.

It's been about 3 weeks since wheat was planted, but we don't see any wheat sprouts yet, just resprouting alfalfa.
