Dennis, Robert, and I arrived at 13:55 PST. It was foggy, cool, and calm. The wetland is mostly yellow/brown. The staff gauge read 32cm.

I downloaded met, camera, and USB GHG data. MiniDOT data was due today but I forgot because the miniDOT schedule is offset between sites. Robert and Dennis cleaned flux and rad sensors. I donâ€™t remember the wash reservoir level, but we refilled it.

I changed the eddy clock +1min45sec and restarted logging.

The rotating shadowband was not working. At first I thought it was the motor, but we didnâ€™t have any spare motors so I decided to bring the whole enclosure in. As I was unwiring the RSB enclosure, I noticed one area of the cable had split and was corroded, so it was probably a cable problem. I brought the enclosure + PAR sensor sn 040411 back in to test the motor, and Iâ€™ll bring a spare 4-lead cable next time to replace. Dennis also thought the sensor was mounted too high on the wooden post; it could probably be installed on the corner of the scaffolding without any interference.
