Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, swapped HMP fan

West Pond

Mike and I arrived at 11:20 PST. It was calm, cool, and partly overcast. We could hear foghorn and occasional hunting sounds. The staff gauge read 13cm. The Twitchell gate combo lock was open when we arrived, and we locked it behind us. It’s been raining a bit in the past few weeks, but the roads were still fine. It’s forecast to rain more this coming week.

I downloaded met, camera, USB GHG and miniDOT data. I cleaned flux and rad sensors and swapped the water level sensor desiccant. The reservoir was 90% full; I left it as is to save on DI water for the remaining sites.

I downloaded the Globe TC data and swapped the HMP60 fan. It had a working 24V fan that I swapped for the appropriate 12V fan.
