I arrived at 16:40 PDT. It was a windy, warm, and partly overcast day. The alfalfa was about knee height with a few flowers. The alfalfa under the Arable poles had not been trimmed since the most recent mowing, and I decided to wait until the next mowing.

I collected met, camera, USB GHG, and FD data. I cleared the FD chambers after downloading. I cleaned flux and rad sensors, the outside of the camera window, and the solar panels. The wash reservoir was mostly full; I topped it off. The camera should be adjusted downward next time.

I checked the phenocam and eddy clocks. When the phenocam read 16:09, I changed it 16:11. When the 7550 read 16:07, I changed it to 16:10.

The zPAR and its PVC collar had become loose and were placed on top of the soil. I reinstalled it in its original location with the foam cylinder. It wasnâ€™t fitting quite right, because the PAR cable was a little tight after pushing the PVC collar into the ground. After I left I realized the PVC collar was upside down, so the cutout for the cable was closer to the bottom than to the top of the collar.
