We arrived at 11:10. It was partly sunny and breezy, with puffy clouds. The water level was 59 cm. The wetland is still completely brown.

Camilo collected water samples for Isabel at 11:15. Robert cleaned flux and rad sensors. I downloaded met, camera, USB GHG, and minidot data. I swapped out the Licor-ethernet cable because the plastic clip was broken on the old one. Camilo swapped out the minidot desiccant. There were 7 corrupted files from the top minidot that were 0 size and couldnâ€™t be transferred. Since weâ€™ve swapped the batteries in the past few months, we probably need a new SD card for the top minidot.

We reconnected the fluorometer sn 2300565 which is clean and has new brushes. The shade cap used to have the air purge slots on the bottom, and we didnâ€™t notice because of how dirty the cap was. Now the shade cap has the air purge slots on the top, so it should be easier to remove bubbles from the measurement area. The brushes spun upon power-up and we saw blue lights from the sensors, but the datalogger was not receiving any messages until Camilo pushed the connection in more snugly. Next time we reconnect the fluorometer, we should check that the datalogger is receiving messages before assuming the connection is good. To shake bubbles out from the fluorometer, we jiggled the floating boom up and down (using the coated wire) and left and right (climbing down the scaffolding and directly shaking the boom).
