Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, green cattails coming up
| 2019-02-28 Sherman Wetland We arrived at 10:20. It was breezy and partly cloudy, although it was mostly sunny by the time we left. The wetland is mostly brown, but there were still green bunches of tule and some green cattails on the edge of dead cattail patches. The water level was 78 cm. I downloaded camera, USB GHG, and miniDOT data, but forgot about met. Next time I should download the data since 2019-02-12. Robert cleaned the flux and rad sensors. Camilo swapped the minidot desiccant and put in a new screen for the precipitation bucket. Since we upgraded the 7700 firmware on our last visit, I checked the GHG columns—they still looked good. LI-7500 readings: CO2 417ppm H2O 337ppm T 12.7C P 102.2kPa SS 97--> 98 LI7700 readings: CH4 2.0ppm RSSI 56 --> 81 after cleaning We left at 10:55. |
