Sherman Wetland
2016-08-31

I arrived about 15:20 with Elke. It was clear, sunny and dry. They have repaired the levee near the road where it had been worn down by vehicle passage – no more driving over the levee.

There were some wasps in the data logger box. I’m not sure if they were left over from last time or have found a new way in.

The 7700 read: 1.91ppm CH4, 49.5RSSI – 80.1 after cleaning, wash reservoir was full
The 7500 read: 379.37ppm CO2, 809.5mmol/m3 H2O, 28.3C, 101.2kPa, 99.9SS – 102.3 after cleaning

The wire for the HMP60 fan was broken. It looked like some animal had yanked on it. I repaired it but the fan did not work – need to replace next time.

Looking at the camera images, the camera clock is at least one hour off, probably due to DST.
