Summary: Swapped 7500, very dry and hot
| Vaira 2015-07-20 I arrived about 12:50 with Ana. It was very hot and dry, but with a nice breeze. Thunderstorms were building over the Sierras. It doesn’t look like it has rained here recently though. The water hole still had a bit of water in the bottom, but everything else was super dry. We swapped the 7500, sn 0041 came off and sn 0976 went on. Before swap: 15.11mmol/m3 CO2, 721.95mmol/m3 H2O, 99.46kPa, 46.99C, 249diag After swap: 15.19mmol/m3 CO2, 652.85mmol/m3 H2O, 99.37kPa, 42.13C, 249diag I collected the rest of the data. A few days of soil CO2 data was lost due to data overrun because it was not collected last time. Ana did the moisture point measurements. The radiation sensors and the camera window were clean. |
