Summary: Power off due to low voltage, 7700 mirror stuck on spin - brought in for test, repair, cattails turning brown.

I arrived at 12:15 with Kyoko and Hisashi. It was so foggy that it was hard to find the tower. They have mowed the weeds along the edge on the levee. The water level looks a bit lower. The cattails are beginning to become senescent.

The power was off when we arrived. The charge controller reported low voltage cut off. When I reset it the mirror of the 7700 began the spin at top speed and would not stop. It was pulling about 3amps. I tried to swap out the 7700, sn TG1-0155, with the one from Mayberry with the broken pump switch, but I could not get it to talk to the CR1000. So no 7700 on East End right now. I had the wrong IP address 169.254.97.93. It should have been 169.254.97.99! I read it wrong from the screen three times!

I collected the met data and the camera images.

After looking at the data, only three days of complete data in the last two weeks due to low power.
