Summary: Boardwalks under water, swapped 7500, very foggy, powers been on and off due to weather, tipping bucket lost its funnel - replaced
Twitchell 2014-12-23 I arrived at 11:18 with Kyoko and Hisashi. The Fog at Sherman was starting to lift, but here it is even thicker. Everything is wet, and the water levels in the ditches and the field are high. The boardwalks are under water and covered in a slippery algae. Parking signs, a portable toilet and gun shots indicate that duck season has begun. The 7500 and sonic were draped in dew covered spider webs. The 7500 had zero signal strength. After cleaning it read: 447ppm CO2, 570mmol/m3 H2O, ?SS, 12.0C, 102.76kPa I swapped the 7500 for calibration sn 75H-2176 came off and sn 75H-2150 went on. After uploading the coefficients and resetting the 7550 it read: 416ppm CO2, 46mmol/m3 H2O, 72.28SS, 12.37C, 101.76kPa - I might have forgot to change the pressure sensor coefficients. The 7700 read: 2.7ppm CH4, 11.5RSSI - after cleaning 40RSSI. I think the heavy fog was interfering with both sensors. The 7700 optics RH was 25%. The tipping bucket had lost its funnel. I found it and replaced it. The camera was off and only had a few images, so power went out soon after the last visit. The solar system was reporting 13.2V, 5.6 solar Amps and 1.5 load Amps. The HMP45 fan needs replacing. After looking at the data, lots of power problems, only three days of complete data in the last two weeks. |
