Summary: Checked on portable tower and permanent tower. Cleaned DO probe but need to keep eye on it.
| Portable tower We arrived at 11am. We marked the tripod before lowering it for cleaning. Sara and I had a bit of trouble raising tripod--es dificil. Kathleen took water samples in the low veg footprint. CO2: 394 ppm H2O: 408 mmol m-3 (386 after cleaning) signal strength = 91.3% (91.4% after cleaning) t: 24.2 °C p = 101.34 kPa sos = 345 m s-1 ss: 91.3% (91.4% after cleaning) CH4: 2.0 ppm (1.93 ppm after cleaning) RSSI: 37% (73% after cleaning) reservoir full. Permanent Tower All was well. Kathleen took water samples and cleaned DO probe. Probe was giving NaNs afterwards so Sara fiddled with the wiring and it started working again. Need to keep an eye on this. 7500 readings: CO2: 387 ppm H2O: 400 mmol m-3 signal strength = 95.8% t: 22.7 °C p = 101.3 kPa sos = 345 m s-1 7700 readings: CH4 = 1.99 ppm (same after cleaning) RSSI = 58% (71% after cleaning) Reservoir was full. Met looked good.  |
