We arrived about 11:10 PST. It was sunny, cold but warming, and calm. After the recent rains a short green grass layer has sprouted. The energy bill was finally paid and the power restored to the site. The computer was dead on arrival -- we took it back to the lab. All data streams are okay, however. The camera was off due to the power failure.

Theta P2 sn 70/020 was reading bad, and after digging it out (33 cm below surface) Joe found that a tine had rotted off in the soil. A heat flux plate was pulled out, reinstalled.

I downloaded data. Sara did well depth, and I think soil CO2 flux, moisture point, and spectral. We swapped the IRGA for a freshly calibrated one (removed sn 1594, installed 0418).
