I arrived about 13:30 with Laurie, Yanel and Cristina. It was clear, hot and breezy from the northwest. The field and ditch were dry. The alfalfa has regrown and is about 20 to 40cm tall with some flowers.

I collected data while the others did the fieldwork. The LI7500 read: 391ppm CO2, 474mmol/m3 H2O, 92% SS, 31.56C, 101.25kPa.

The eddy post was tilted a little but I forgot to straighten it before we left. I should have new mounts for it next time.

A wasp was trying to make a nest in the data logger box. I stuffed some rags in the wire ports to try to seal the box a little better.

I put a bolt into the camera post to make a rung so you can climb to the camera level. The camera image has had something infringing on the left edge of the frame. I clean off some silicone along the left edge. The camera was also back from the window a bit so I pushed it closer to the window. The image should be better now, but it is still tilted due to the mount inside the enclosure. Ill have to come up with a fix to improve this.

In the solar radiation data logger box, I noticed that the data logger was getting power directly from the battery instead of through the charge controller. I rewired it. The charge controller should prevent the battery from getting drawn down too low.

Cristina washed both solar panels.

I did not measure the senor locations or get the SHF plate serial numbers.
