Summary: Change of data logger program locked it up, changed web cam names and times, Showers.

I arrived about 8:30 with Jaclyn. It was overcast with scattered showers. The temperature was mild with almost no wind. The pepper weed in the pasture is about knee high and is just beginning to flower. There was water in the field and ditches to the west visible from the bridge. Inside the cow fence is a real jungle of pepper weed and other weeds.

Systems seemed to be running okay. I collected data.

I tried to change the program on the met data logger to clean up empty channels and add the high frequency diffuse radiation. But after the program loaded the data logger stopped connecting. I did here the Multiplexor go once or twice, but not nearly the 10 second interval as it should.

I left the repaired soil heat flux plate #2 in the box to reinstall after I fix the data logger problem.

Radiometers and tipping bucket were clear.

I collected data from the soil co2 23x with the site computer, but the 23x clock is off again. Today it read 1/6/2012 16:18:00 at 5/25/2011 08:31:00.

I setup the most recent webcam batch file to run to fix the file names and I reset the schedule to start taking photos a 5:45 and for 15 hours. This is PST so maybe I need to bump the start time up to 6:45.
