Summary: Swapped LI7500, replaced HMP45 fan, trouble with CR1000 card swap, field drained, showers, box lock WD40'd.

I arrived about noon with Jaclyn. It was overcast with scattered showers. We saw Jim and Bruce. They said that flash flooding of field one seems to have got the rest of the rice to sprout and that the field may be flooded permanently in a week or so. Right now there is no standing water in the field, but the ground is kind of muddy.

The LGR read
12:00PDT, 27.08C, 130.74Torr, 16.713usec, 10Hz, 1.931ppm

I adjusted the bypass valve until the pressure was 147.07Torr.

I collected data from the computer, the plantcam and the CR1000. I had trouble inserting the new CF card. It seemed to take a long time to format. Then I tried to upload the program and again and that was taking a long time too. I canceled that the formatted the card of the netbook. Inserting the freshly formatted card again took a long time but I did other things for a while and it finally seemed to work.

I replaced the fan in the HMP45 solar shield.

We swapped the LI7500. Serial number 0035 went on and serial number 1594 came off.

I applied WD40 to the box lock and that works better now.

Radiometers and tipping bucket were clear, but things were wet with intermittent showers.
