Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, HMP fan dead--swapped
| 2023-11-20 West Pond Carlos, Ngoc, and I arrived at 13:50 PST. It was clear, mild, and sunny. We had a rainstorm two days ago but no major rain forecast for the next 10 days. The wetland is about half brown. Some willows have lost almost all of their leaves and have catkin buds. The inlet was off and the staff gauge read 48cm. The solar panels were receiving full sun at this time of day. Carlos downloaded met, cam, and USB GHG data. Ngoc cleaned flux and rad sensors. The data seemed complete. The reservoir was almost full so did not top off. The HMP fan was dead—I swapped it. The 7500 read: 426ppm CO2, 371mmol/m3 H2O, 18.9C, 102.0kPa, 101SS – 103 after cleaning The 7700 read: 2.1ppm CH4, 42RSSI – 87 after cleaning. We left at 14:35 PST. |
