Carlos, Ngoc, and I arrived at 12:45 PST. It was clear, mild, and sunny. We had a rainstorm two days ago but no major rain forecast for the next 10 days. The alfalfa is still pretty short, ~20cm tall. All the corn fields by the barn have been harvested and disced and not much dry biomass is left on the field. The first alfalfa field just off of the levee still looks like scraggly alfalfa; I wonder if they’ll replant this year.

Carlos downloaded met, cam, USB GHG, FD, and IRT data. Ngoc cleaned flux and rad sensors. I took spectral and veg height measurements.

The 7500 read: 428ppm CO2, 334mmol/m3 H2O, 17.5C, 102kPa, 98SS—99.5 after cleaning

We left at 13:20 PST.
