Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, windy, water level above staff gauge, removed intercomparison sonic, changed eddy clock +1min

Sherman Wetland

Ariane and I arrived at 9:45 PDT. It was breezy and mild with mostly clear skies and a super clear view of Mt. Diablo. The wetland is looking nice and green. The staff gauge read 101cm (I climbed down the scaffolding and estimated the water level was 1cm above the top of the staff gauge).

I downloaded met, camera, USB GHG and miniDOT data. Ari cleaned flux and rad sensors. The wash reservoir was full. I swapped desiccant for the miniDOT and water level sensor.
I checked the conductivity sensor as part of its routine check every 3 months—the orifice was clean.

I originally thought we were supposed to swap the 7500 for calibration here, so I asked Ari to remove the old sensor. Then I figured out it was for another site, so she reconnected the same sensor (sn 0041) back. I left the 7550 settings as they were.

We removed the intercomparison sonic sn 153805 since we should have 2 weeks of good data. I changed the GHG column to remove the 4 auxiliary channels from the 7700 tab. I also checked the eddy clock and changed it +1 min to match the laptop time: when it was 9:03, I changed it to 9:04. I reset the 7550 box and confirmed that the USB was logging, the 7700 was connected, GHG columns still looked good, and the eddy clocks were ok.

LI-7500 readings:
CO2 409ppm
H2O 650ppm
T 18.1C
P 101.9kPa
SS 99--> 100 after cleaning
LI7700 readings:
CH4 2.0ppm
RSSI 53--> 85 after cleaning

We left at 10:20 PDT.
